Delaney was chosen to sing in San Diego's newest professional vocal ensemble "Sacra/Profana" for their 2008/2009 preview season! This is a very prestigious group lead by Krishan Oberoi, who received his Master's in Choral Conducting from Yale School of Music.

SACRA/PROFANA is San Diego’s innovative new professional vocal ensemble, presenting dynamic performances of an eclectic variety of music- from groundbreaking modern works to timeless masterpieces.

Our repertoire includes music by such diverse artists as Brahms, U2, and Venezuelan composer Oscar Galián.

With a focus on fun and adventurous programming, SACRA/PROFANA is committed to providing a rewarding, entertaining concer tgoing experience.

Delaney will be singing the theme song for an upcoming Feature Film....more details coming soon!

Last night, Delaney was honored by receiving 2007 MAVRIC awards for Best EP, Best Vocal Performance, Best R&B Song - Cruel & Beautiful, and Best Alternative Song - Push. She was also lucky enough to be able to perform the title track from her upcoming full length album, "The Worst Kind of Way," with none other than Nathan McEuen!

She landed a clean sweep, raking in all four awards she was up for! Be sure to swing by her myspace page and congratulate her; the competition was fierce!

Only 20 acts were chosen and Delaney was one of them! She will be pleased to perform at the intimate Sedona Jam Emerging Artists Music Festival in Sedona! Arizona here she comes!!  February 9th and 10th!

Delaney's song "Turn My World Around" has advanced to the next round of judging in the 2006 International Songwriting Competition!! Check back to see how much further she goes in the competition!!

Delaney is playing a 3 show mini-tour in San Diego this weekend! Starting with a Solo performance tonight at Hot Java Cafe.  Tomorrow, she will be performing at Borders (Gaslamp) and Sunday at Lestat's with her Trio!!  Her show at Lestat's is also a live recording so be sure and make it out to that show!!

Delaney is recording at Goldmine Recording Studio in Ventura with guitarist Joe Baugh!  She is working on two new songs right now "I'm Alive" and "Oceans and Countries"  She recently finished her song "More than Always" produced by guitarist Andrew Synowiec.  Delaney is planning on releasing new music soon!!  Be sure to check back for more music updates!!

Jonesville Publishing - Music Licensing picked Delaney's song "Turn My World Around" to be sent out for TV and Film licensing!
